Brund Easycut Asian Paring Knife, Black

I have so many knives in the kitchen that are big and thick and I hate them! My go-to knife for paring, was a Ginzu knife. I’ve always lived that knife because of the thin blade that cut so great! But, after 30 years, it finally broke!I was heartbroken until I found this knife! It is so sharp! It works on sweet potatos! Russet potatoes! Any vegetable you can think of!My best test was to see if it would slice 1/2″ slices of cookie dough from a roll. It worked perfectly! I was actually able to cut through the entire roll without having to clean the knife.But, beware! It is really sharp!
