These are line-up punches, there’s really not a lot to say about them. They have what looks to me to be a phosphate finish. It’s that matte look, but it doesn’t rub off on your hands, though there are places where it’s been scuffed or scraped. The specs are right, and you get two of them. It says that they’re made from “alloy steel” and that can really mean anything. But you use these to align holes, so they don’t need to be made from anything special. The issue I have is that if you don’t go with a brand name, generally you get a price break to justify it. If you get these at the right price, they deliver what they promise and work just fine.
