5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact.

• The following items cannot be returned:
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalised or customised jewellery

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by us.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• We do offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted product and let us know which product that you would like to swap.

• We are not liable for delays, losses or additional costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details.
